Mongol-Tatar belt from Ulus Juchi (the western part of Mongol Empire), mid 13 c. These beautiful belt decoration fittings were found near a place Gashun Usta, Stavropol Region, Russia. The kit consists of 14 pieces beautifully decorated with open-work flower, leaves and hazel ornament, including 2 pieces with loops to hang sabre on. The style of the decoration features some Chinese influence. Width of the belt is 25-30 mm.
